1. Company name#
Obsidiam is operated by the Obsidiam Group, an international structure with operations across multiple jurisdictions. In Brazil, the services are provided by Obsidiam Ltda., registered with the CNPJ under No. 54.898.266/0001-22, headquartered at R. Flórida, 1670, conjunto 121, Cidade Monções, São Paulo, SP, 04565-001.
The other entities within the Obsidiam Group operate in their respective jurisdictions. Services to clients resident in Brazil are provided solely by Obsidiam Ltda.
2. Activities carried out#
Obsidiam Ltda. provides intermediation services for transactions involving virtual assets, connecting clients with liquidity counterparties for the purchase, sale and conversion between Brazilian reais and fiat-referenced virtual assets (stablecoins).
Obsidiam Ltda. does not provide custody services for third-party virtual assets.
Clients' reais are held in a payment account in the client's own name, opened and maintained by Celcoin Instituição de Pagamento S.A., under the Terms of Use for the BRL Payment Account. Obsidiam Ltda. is not a payment institution and does not hold clients' reais.

The following institutions take part in providing the services to clients of Obsidiam Ltda.:
- Celcoin Instituição de Pagamento S.A., CNPJ 13.935.893/0001-09, headquartered at Alameda Xingu, 350, conjunto 1604, sala 02, Alphaville Industrial, Barueri, SP, 06455-030, Brazil: a payment institution authorized and supervised by the Central Bank of Brazil, responsible for opening, maintaining and closing the client's BRL payment account, for safekeeping the reais held in it, and for executing Pix transactions. - Volcanic Glass AG, headquartered at Bahnhofstrasse 7, 6300 Zug, Switzerland: institutional liquidity provider for transactions intermediated by Obsidiam Ltda.; an entity under common control with Obsidiam Ltda. 4. Applicable legislation#
The provision of virtual asset services by Obsidiam Ltda. in Brazil is subject to Law No. 14,478/2022, BCB Resolution No. 520/2025, BCB Resolution No. 521/2025, Law No. 9,613/1998, Law No. 13,709/2018 and other rules issued by the Central Bank of Brazil and by the competent authorities.
