1. Fees#
All transactions are subject to fees, including the spread and, where applicable, the on-chain network cost, shown in the quote before execution.
For the BRL payment account, Celcoin charges the client the fees it discloses; fee changes are communicated with the advance notice required by regulation. Obsidiam Ltda. charges no fee, commission or other remuneration of its own for the payment account services.
2. Risk disclosures#
Crypto-assets are not legal tender and are not covered by the Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC). Their value may fluctuate significantly over short periods.
The reais held in the payment account are the client's electronic money, kept by Celcoin as segregated assets, and are not covered by the FGC.
Blockchain transactions are irreversible: sending to an incorrect address or network may result in permanent loss.
